Home/Work

Three sites, nothing shared.

Each one built from scratch at the same base price, for trades that couldn't be less alike. Tap a build for what was wrong, what I built and what changed.

Behavioral health

Seven pages

Two kinds of care, shown as one plan.

Talk therapy and medication management drawn as two lines that join into one plan, so someone reading at 11pm sees one place to call, not two appointments to book.

Two kinds of care, shown as one plan.

Seven pages for a practice offering talk therapy and medication management.

What was wrong

  • Therapy and medication read as two separate businesses.
  • Clinical words, and nothing said what happens when you call.
  • Stock photos and hospital blue, where the design should reassure.

What I built

  • One diagram above the fold that joins the two kinds of care.
  • Warm cream, a serif face and plain words first, clinical terms one level down.
  • What happens when you call, in order, and a short form that says when they'll hear back.

What's different now

  • The first step is on the page, so calling isn't a leap.
  • Messages go straight to the practice's inbox.
  • Changes go live the same day, from a text.

Heavy haul freight

Seven pages

Quote requests that go straight to dispatch.

An oversize-load carrier whose old site answered none of a broker's questions. Now equipment, lanes and a quote form that asks about the load are one tap from the homepage.

Quote requests that go straight to dispatch.

Seven pages for an oversize-load carrier.

What was wrong

  • Nothing about equipment or where they run.
  • A contact form that returned a blank page, so requests died in it.
  • Unusable on a phone, where brokers and drivers work all day.

What I built

  • A page for each question a broker asks, in the order they ask it.
  • A quote form for the load: size, weight, origin, destination and deadline.
  • A dark navy drafting grid, not the usual truck at sunset.

What's different now

  • Requests reach dispatch with the load details included.
  • Brokers can check the carrier without a phone call.
  • MC and DOT numbers sit where brokers look first.

Resale

Three marketplaces

Three marketplaces, one searchable shelf.

A seller's stock lived in three apps that each hide the other two. The site puts every item on one page, searchable, with live listing counts.

Three marketplaces, one searchable shelf.

One page for a resale seller's whole inventory.

What was wrong

  • No single link to send a buyer.
  • Nothing searchable across all three marketplaces.
  • Everything rented: the storefront belonged to the apps.

What I built

  • Three marketplace cards with live counts, above one shared grid.
  • Filters for hunting, scrolling for browsing.
  • Checkout stays on the marketplaces, which already handle payment.

What's different now

  • One link answers "what else have you got?"
  • Counts follow the stock, so nothing sold shows up.
  • An address the seller owns.
