WebPage.Contact Tell me about your store

Already on Shopify

I work inside your theme,
not around it.

You don't need a new website. You need the parts of this one that are costing you orders fixed — properly, in the theme, with nothing bolted on that charges you $19 a month forever.

What $550 buys. Exactly.

One job. Not a retainer, not a rebuild.

  • A real Online Store 2.0 section — appears in Customize alongside the theme's own, drag it where you like
  • Every field editable without code — headings, labels, help text, the sidebar details, all of it
  • Contact and enquiry pages that email you direct — Shopify's own form, no third-party service in the middle
  • Order, product and returns enquiries split — so you can tell at a glance what a message is about
  • Built to your theme's typography and colour — it inherits, it doesn't impose
  • Fast on a phone — no extra JavaScript bundle, no render-blocking anything
  • Works with your existing theme — Dawn or a paid one, updated or three versions behind
  • Handed over as theme files — yours, in your store, no account of mine involved

Typical jobs at this price: a contact or wholesale-enquiry page built properly; a product page reworked so the buy button and the trust signals are above the fold; a collection page that filters without a plugin; a slow section rebuilt so the page stops failing Core Web Vitals.

What it isn't. Said up front.

Because a fixed price only holds if the edges are drawn.

  • Not a full store build from scratch — that's a different conversation and a different number
  • Not a theme purchase — if you want a paid theme, you buy it, I fit the work to it
  • Not a Shopify app, and not a replacement for one that genuinely needs to be an app
  • Not ongoing maintenance — it's one job, delivered and handed over
  • Not product photography, copywriting, or your product data entry
  • Not checkout customisation — Shopify keeps that locked, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you a Plus plan

If what you want is outside this list, tell me anyway. I'd rather quote you honestly or say no than take $550 for something it won't cover.

The contact page I ship. Built in, not bolted on.

What your customer sees

One page that answers
three different questions.

Most store contact pages are a name box, an email box, and a wall of text. The person writing to you already knows what they want — an order chased, a product question answered, a return started. Ask which, and the message that reaches you is one you can act on without three replies first.

  • Order number field that only appears when it's an order enquiry
  • Your hours, address and response time in a sidebar you edit yourself
  • Confirmation on screen, so nobody sends the same message twice

A contact page I ship — built into the theme, not bolted on

How it goes.

01

You send me the store link and what's wrong with it

By text, email, or the form at the bottom. Two minutes. If you can point at a specific page and say "this one", that's plenty to start.

02

I tell you whether $550 covers it — before you pay

If it does, I say so and what you'll get. If it doesn't, I say that too, with a number that does. Nobody is discovering the real price halfway through.

03

I build it on a duplicate of your theme

Your live store keeps selling the entire time. You get a preview link to look at before anything is published.

04

You publish it, and it's yours

The section is in your theme, editable in Customize, with no account of mine attached and nothing that expires. If you fire me tomorrow it keeps working.

Straight answers.

Do you need access to my store?

Yes, a staff account with theme permissions — and you remove it the day the job is done. I work on a duplicate theme, so your live store is never the thing being edited.

Will a theme update wipe your work?

Not if it's a section, which is why I build sections. They live alongside the theme's own rather than inside edited theme files, so an update doesn't overwrite them. If a job genuinely can't be done that way, I'll tell you before I start.

Why not just use an app?

Sometimes an app is the right answer and I'll say so. But a form app is $15–$25 a month forever, loads its own JavaScript on every page, and holds your submissions on somebody else's server. For a contact page, that's rent for something the theme can already do.

Can I edit it afterwards without calling you?

That's the point. Every label, heading and help text is a setting in Customize. If you can change your homepage banner, you can change this.

How long?

Most jobs at this price are a few days, not weeks. The slow part is usually waiting on store access and a decision about wording, not the build.

I want a whole new site, not theme work.

Then you want the $650 build or the $65/mo plan instead, and it starts with a free mock-up of your homepage.

Send me the store link.
I'll tell you what it needs.

No reviews on this page yet — when they come, they'll be real ones off Google, linked to the original. I'd rather show none than make one up.
