Trucking & freight

Websites for carriers who are
tired of losing loads to voicemail.

Brokers and shippers look you up before they call. If what they find is a Facebook page and a phone number, you are competing on price alone. I build the site that puts you in the running — and the quote form that lands on dispatch's screen, not in a spam folder.

Mock-up
Two days

A freight site I built. Seven pages, quotes to dispatch.

Shown as it actually renders. No template underneath it.

Homepage of a heavy-haul freight site: an oversize-load headline set across a dark navy drafting grid, with a quote button and a dispatch phone number.
Heavy haul & oversize load carrier — the full write-up is in the case study.

The heavy-haul case study

What a trucking site needs. And what it doesn't.

Every one of these is in the base price.

  • Quote requests routed to dispatch — email straight through, no app, no login
  • Equipment and capabilities, spelled out — deck type, axles, permits, lanes
  • Your MC and DOT numbers on the page — the first thing a broker checks
  • One-tap dial from a phone — most of your traffic is a phone in a cab
  • Service area stated in plain words — the towns and states you actually run
  • Loads in under a second — on truck-stop wifi, not just on your laptop
  • Google Business listing set up — so you appear on the map, not just the web
  • Changes the same day you ask — new truck, new lane, new rate sheet

What it doesn't need: a load board, a customer portal, or a driver login. Those are software projects, and nobody has ever won a load because a website had one. If you genuinely need one, say so and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person.

Who I build these for.

  • Heavy haul & oversize — permits, escorts, route surveys, the equipment list that wins the call
  • Flatbed & step deck — securement, tarping, what you'll and won't take
  • Hotshot & expedited — the page that gets found at 11pm when something has to move
  • Local & regional freight — the lanes you run and the docks you know
  • Owner-operators — one truck, one page, done properly. Same price as anyone else
  • Small fleets — recruiting page included if you're hiring drivers

Not trucking? The homepage has builds from three other trades, and the price is the same regardless.

Buy it, or let me run it. Switch whenever.

The trade doesn't change the number.

Full breakdown, add-ons and what happens if you leave: the pricing page. Wondering what the going rate is generally? What a small business website should cost.

Straight answers.

How long does it take?

Two days for the mock-up of your homepage, free, before you have paid anything. If you want it, about a week from there to launch — most of that is waiting on your photos and your equipment list, not on me.

Do you know trucking, or am I going to be explaining it?

I have built for the industry, and the freight build on this page is one of mine. You will still have to tell me your lanes, your equipment and what you will not haul — nobody can invent that for you. But you will not be explaining what a step deck is.

Where do the quote requests go?

Straight to whatever inbox you say — dispatch, your phone, or both. No portal to log into, no app subscription, no form service that stops working when a trial ends.

I already have a website. It's just old.

Then the mock-up is a before-and-after rather than a blank page, which is usually a more useful conversation. Same price, same two days. Your domain stays yours throughout.

What if I want to leave?

On the monthly plan you cancel and the domain goes with you — it is registered in your name from day one, not mine. If you bought it outright the files were always yours. There is no exit fee and nothing is held hostage.

Tell me what you haul.
I'll show you what it'd look like.

Two days, no charge, no obligation. Don't like it? Keep it anyway.

No reviews on this page yet — when they come, they'll be real ones off Google, linked to the original. I'd rather show none than make one up.

Goes straight to me. No mailing list, no cold calls.
